Payment Terms

Laser Business Systems Limited accepts American Express, VISA, VISA Delta, Solo, MasterCard, JCB, cheques drawn on UK banks, Bank Transfer and Postal Orders as payment for your purchase. Your credit or debit card, if used as payment, will not be charged until the product is ready for dispatch. If payment is by cheque, goods will be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of cheque.

Due to the level of credit card frauds, please note that all credit card orders will be subject to additional checks for fraudulent transactions.

Prices

Prices quoted on the website are in British Pounds and do not include any tax except otherwise stated. All financial transactions are carried out in British Pounds.

Alternatively, complete a web order and fax a copy to us.

You may also specify the order as "UK Cheque" and request us to call you for credit card information using the Customer Comment text box. This call-back facility is currently only available for UK telephone numbers.

We can only accept orders while supplies last, errors and omissions excepted. Laser Business Systems Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities of any particular item offered for sale.

Please note that we are a mail order company and do not have a retail outlet or a showroom.

After You Placed Your Order

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment within one working day to confirm that we are processing your order. The message will contain the details of your order, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card (where appropriate), including tax, delivery and handling.
