You have the right to cancel your order during the period beginning on the date you placed your order and ending on the date 14 days after the date on which you receive the item(s) comprising your order. Your right to cancel means that if, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within this period to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order before the item(s) have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within 30 days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order after the item(s) have been despatched to you we will give you a full refund, excluding postage and packing charges, within 30 days of your having returned (at your cost) the item(s) to us in an unused re-saleable condition.
Each item is sold by us with 24 calendar month's limited warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects and workmanship, providing the item has not been misused, disassembled or otherwise altered. All other warranties in respect of the items sold by us, whether expressed or implied, are excluded to fullest extent permitted by law. Any faulty item should be returned to us for repair or replacement. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Shipping costs for warranty returns is the responsibility of the customer. As shipping costs will vary due to size/weight of the package and packaging, an estimate of shipping costs can be provided by contacting us with the details below.
Items returned for refund must be in good condition and reasonable care must have been taken by the customer. Any other damage or wear may result in a diminished value and therefore a partial refund.
Any refund in relation to a credit card order will be in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
These terms and conditions are not intended to prejudice your statutory rights and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
